There are seven main sports that you can take part in with the Air Cadets at different levels – athletics, cross country, football, rugby, hockey, netball and swimming. Whichever sports you like, taking part in them will help to improve your physical fitness and working in a team.

All of our sports are designed for you to enjoy them and have fun. We do run competitions between Squadrons and you could be asked to represent us in one of these, but whatever you do, you will build friendships and learn how to use your strengths to benefit your team.
